Here’s a fun little tidbit not many people know about me—about a million years ago, when I was just a wee Charlotte, I graced the fashion section in my high school yearbook as one of the best dressed. Or maybe it was under the “eccentric but trying category,” but never mind. The point is that despite the fact that yoga clothes/baggy sweatshirts have become a way of life for me since I started working from home, I have an inner fashionista and some stylish duds buried deep in my closet.
I recently won an eShakti contest via Sarah Christine Style for a gift card and had a lot of fun perusing the different styles (many retro modern dresses, some adorable short dresses to wear to a wedding, and this adorable floral maxi dress I’m seriously obsessed with.
Here are some pictures (taken in Cape May) of my eShakti dress. When I initially tried it on, Bryan said I looked like a tree (uhm, thanks). He has since taken it back (I think it grew on him). I love it because it’s incredibly comfortable (and I like a dress that swings when I twirl). Note how in the first picture I have hands IN MY POCKETS. You like pockets in your dress? eShakti will add them for you! Oh, and Buster would like to say that he was sweating profusely in this picture and doesn’t like the angle but I wanted a pic with him in it so too bad, big guy.

I have to pick one?! I’d say I love that they have a true range of sizes — women don’t stop wanting to be fashionable after size 16! And their clothes are cute.
